This Privacy Policy explains how WOW TILES S.L. processes personal data collected through the WOW HOME website, including data submitted to join the launch list and receive marketing communications.

What data do we collect?
We process only data that is relevant to the purposes described in this policy. Depending on your interaction with WOW HOME, this may include:

- Consent and subscription records: signup source, date and time, subscription status, confirmation and unsubscribe records.

The data is generally obtained directly from you when you complete the form or interact with our communications.
Why do we use your data?
- To manage your subscription to the WOW HOME launch list.

WOW TILES S.L. may create a basic marketing profile in order to send more relevant communications. The purpose is to group contacts into broad audiences and adapt topics, language, launch information or campaign frequency. For example, a trade professional may receive information intended for design professionals, while availability information may vary by country.
No legally significant automated decisions are made. This segmentation will not be used to make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects or similarly significant consequences for you. It does not determine access to products, contractual conditions or prices.
You may object to marketing profiling or withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting rgpd@wowtilesgroup.com. Objecting will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your request.
What is the legal basis?
The legal basis for sending marketing communications and carrying out the related audience segmentation described above is your consent. You give this consent through a specific affirmative checkbox when subscribing.
Processing required to maintain evidence of consent, honour an unsubscribe request, protect the website or establish, exercise or defend legal claims may also be based on compliance with legal obligations or the legitimate interests of WOW TILES S.L., as applicable.
Providing the fields marked as required is necessary to join the list. If you do not provide them, we cannot process your subscription or tailor communications to the selected audience and country.
Who receives your data?

Mailchimp
Subscriptions and email campaigns are managed using Mailchimp, a service provided by The Rocket Science Group LLC, part of the Intuit group. Mailchimp generally acts as a processor for customer audience data, although it may act as an independent controller for certain service, security and product-improvement activities described in its own documentation.
Mailchimp may process data in the United States and other countries. International transfers are covered, as applicable, by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary safeguards. Data may also be disclosed where required by law to courts, public authorities or law-enforcement bodies.
How long do we keep your data?
Subscription data is retained while your consent remains valid and you continue to receive WOW HOME communications. If you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, marketing use will stop and the minimum information necessary to demonstrate compliance and prevent further communications may be kept in a suppression record for the applicable limitation periods.
Technical logs and security records are kept only for the period reasonably necessary to protect the website, investigate incidents and meet legal obligations.
What are your rights?
You may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing and portability where applicable. You may also object at any time to direct marketing and related profiling, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing.

WOW HOME services and marketing subscriptions are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. Please do not submit data if you are under 18.
